I was very unhappy with the service I got here. Very poor customer service and communication! I think they are good at automotive repair but just lack technicians. I was told that they could do the maintenance I wanted if I left the car for the day. Well only got an oil change and one other service completed. I told them I needed the car the next day. So I only got two service items completed out of the six. Poor customer care!!!

Sorry we were not able to get all the work you requested in the time you needed. We do try and accommodate everyone and want to meet your needs. We did get the services done that we could and be able to get the car back by the time line. If we were to start the other work we would have missed the dead line. I understand your frustration and whish we could have met your expectations. I do apologize

Well, I had a 9:30am appointment (made a month prior) for an oil change and unknown to me they booked someone else the same day in same time slot and took them before they took me in. That set my travel plans back by over 3 hours! It took them 2.5-3 hours before my truck was done ! 🤬👎🏻👎🏻🤬 Not cool!!!

I got in very quickly, work was done on time and the estimate was spot -on. The folks there are super nice, I got a ride home, and the work done fixed the issues. The only negative is that their prices were slightly higher than competitors, but they are close to my home and trustworthy, so I pay it.

On 5/27 I received a vehicle that had Clutch/Trans/Diff work (new twin disc clutch install, slave cylinder, Pilot bearing, differential flush) performed by Automotive Specialist in Georgetown in March of 2022. The vehicle had noticeable issues, so I reached out to the shop that had performed the work less than 60 days ago to inquire about warranty. I was told they warranty their work - initially. I paid to have the vehicle towed to their shop and I was then told well we won’t warranty the clutch as it was a customer provided part. I work in the automotive industry as well, so this wasn’t extremely abnormal to me. What was abnormal was that I THEN asked, well given the nature of the event (so close in time, and not coincidentally giving issues now) if they would at least take a look back at the vehicle if I paid for it. They told me yes, then the next morning I was called and told verbatim “we’re not interested in the job”. I asked to speak to the manager because I was perturbed at someone 1) not willing to check their own work 2) telling me they didn’t want my money because at this point I was again a paying customer. After paying to have the vehicle towed (again) away from there, the current shop pulled the MT82 to find the clutch was literally installed backwards.. the clutch issue was caused by improper installation by this shop. I’m not mad, but I want customers to know that if you’re expecting something that’s not the basics (the car is supercharged and making more power thus has a twin disc clutch) this is likely not the correct shop. Also, they don’t seem to be very keen on standing behind the work they do, which is what leaves the bad taste for me. See photos for reference. Hopefully this experience helps someone Best of luck!

Sorry but we can not warranty customer supplied parts. We talked to our customer that traded in the car and he was happy with the job we did, and the clutch was working good for him and was in good working order when he traded it in. The parts in the pictures that were posted were clearly abused causing failure and were installed correctly

dropped my car off here today. at almost 9AM. They never called to update me on my car, called them at 2:00PM, and got told the technician wouldn’t start to work on my car till two hours later. And that i would get a call from them. Called at 4:48, and get told they would call back, and let me know when my car would get looked at. They close at 6PM. Went and picked up my car at 5:15PM. my car has been sitting in the same spot since 9AM. Smh. Never got phone calls or updates, had to call myself and got the run around. will not be back, i’ll go to nissan.

We have no Lala Autumn in our system. If the car was in on a different name I would like to know so I can find out what went wrong and fix it so the next customer will not have to go through your inconvenience. We have had a large increase in work load and have had difficulty finding new staff, both situations have reviled some short comings in our communication with customers which we are aware of and are desperately trying to correct. I am very sorry this happed and will try and do better
