Automotive Specialist is simply the best auto shop in the Round Rock area. I only bring my vehicles to the dealerships for warranty repairs/recalls. Aside from that, I go to Auto Specialist. All the service advisors and the crew there are really nice, honest and very helpful. My latest experience was last week. My Sienna had a broken transmission shiftgear bushing. Other shops I called automatically told me the whole cable assy had to be replaced and that will cost me $500++. Auto Specialist tried their best to find a replacement bushing and they found one and it SAVED ME A LOT, I mean A LOT! I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Ray is really very helpful and polite to the customers. There's a saying "first impression is lasting". Ray's honesty and helpfulness is what makes me stick to Auto Specialist. Mike and Jeremiah are superb too. The shop technicians are great!

Mike is my go to guy when I need my Jeep worked on. He is very personable and communicates every step of the way while your vehicle is in his care. Excellent customer service and always feel confident my vehicle is in great hands.
