Ray and his team at Auto Spec were so lovely to work with. I felt well taken care of and my 2001 Miata is in much better shape. I will definitely come back here again. They're a little bit pricey but worth it for the reassurance that you're getting a great service with an excellent warranty on your repairs. Disappointed at how a situation was handled. Called to ask about a part that went bad 2 weeks after it was installed (thermostat). Unfortunately it had to be replaced while I was out of town on business. Wanted to know about part warranty. Associate assured me that he would talk with the owner and call me back (2 weeks ago). We've used Auto Spec since they were called JC Automotive and was hoping for a little better service.
