We have been using Automotive Specialist for a long time. Ray has always given us great quality service.

Disappointed at how a situation was handled. Called to ask about a part that went bad 2 weeks after it was installed (thermostat). Unfortunately it had to be replaced while I was out of town on business. Wanted to know about part warranty. Associate assured me that he would talk with the owner and call me back (2 weeks ago). We've used Auto Spec since they were called JC Automotive and was hoping for a little better service.

This shop helped me in a major time of need. I was stranded in Georgetown (I live in marble falls) with an overheating car and didn't have an appointment but need help quick. Long story short: even though they were busy, they helped me. I was very overwhelmed, the lovely receptionist Beth was so helpful. I needed a ride down the road, they have a shuttle for customers. I was freezing because my heater didn't work, they have coffee, tea and hot chocolate. I was expecting them to call around 2, they did! When I got my car back, it was running better than ever and still is. I appreciate y'all's help more than I can explain. Thank you so much!!!

Ray and his team at Auto Spec were so lovely to work with. I felt well taken care of and my 2001 Miata is in much better shape. I will definitely come back here again. They're a little bit pricey but worth it for the reassurance that you're getting a great service with an excellent warranty on your repairs.
