Pros: Friendly, fast, free ride home when I drop car off during business hours, allowed me to owe them some money at a hard time and still let me take my car! Cons: - Highly reluctant to order parts online, which often causes delays in acquiring parts. And MAYBE this is the reason for... - Charged me x2 and sometimes x3 price for parts I can get NEW on Ebay with free delivery. - Took my car to Mazda dealer. They jacked the car up and pointed to some items where AutoSpec had clearly skimped on or just left unbolted. Some minor and some serious. - Found a 3-yr persistent vibration was caused by 1 of 4 tires being on backwards in terms of tread direction. AutoSpec had for sure removed that wheel more than once to work on suspension, yet never noticed or said a thing.

As usual ray and mike NEVER let me down! Great service, excellent repairs, gold shuttle bus and all!! So happy I found this place!!

I needed a State inspection, made an appointment, and I was in and out in 25 mins!!! The place is really nice, with a great waiting area, complete with coffee, and extremely clean. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Consider this a glowing review. My wife and I have been taking our cars to Auto-Spec for almost five years, and they've always done stellar work at reasonable prices. Their communication style is professional, prompt, and transparent. They've even gone above and beyond and helped me out with small issues for no charge a couple of times (even though I offered to pay). If you want peace-of-mind when something needs fixing, definitely choose Auto-Spec Round Rock.

Very professional and reliable. They tell you what they will do and what it will cost. I have one of the earliest Miatas and they seem to have expertise on how to fix it.

Wow really impressed here. Came here after another different shop told me that my problem on my Toyota was too complex. This shop just said "yes" and got it done, for a very reasonable price. Now, 15,000 miles later it's still good as new. Thanks much guys.

They are fantastic! BETH ECKER is so nice and friendly! The same can be said for the entire staff! They do great work at a reasonable price! And, they complete work in a timely manner. The have a very nice reception area with coffee and comfortable seating. I highly recommend Auto-Spec of Georgetown! As an update, Jonathan Samford checked out my electrical system as it pertains to my battery assuring me that everything is A-OK. Go to Auto-Spec Georgetown! Update on 8/9/2019: My A/C did t work and it was 120 degrees in my car! Jonathan Samford fixed my car in no time and at a fair price with new freon and I can drive my car in comfort now! Kudos to Jonathan and Automotive Specialist - GEORGETOWN!
