I have been a customer for almost 20 years. The Service Writers are friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to talk any issue through with a customer with the goal that the customer understands the issue, their options, and a plan of action. They do not try to confuse the customer with jargon. They treat all customers fairly and with honesty. Some repair shops try to take advantage of women in the assumption that women dont know mechanical issues and may be guile. Auto Spec never does this. The shop stands behind their work and will make any issue right. My extended family has confidently recommended this shop to others for about 25 years.
