I have had my car here twice. Both times Jose was there to welcome me. He clearly explained what was necessary for the safety of my car and printed out a cost sheet. He was friendly, professional, snd easy to understand. Because I had such a wonderful experience my first time I brought my car back a second time to get the breaks replaced. Again Jose examplified excellence in service. The technician that worked on my car both times, Isaac, was also excellent. I am not knowledgeable about cars, but I am knowledgeable with customer service. This was customer service above and beyond. They even picked me up and returned me home when necessary.
