We've used auto specs for oil changes and inspections. They have always been very professional and get you in fairly quickly and stay on time. I would recommend them to anyone.

State inspection was very easy, and Klint was particularly military-friendly. While waiting I witnessed multiple instances of people having minor work done at no cost. Clearly focused on loyalty over nickel and diming customers.

I trust all my auto work to Auto-Spec. They don't just do a simple oil change. They check everything. Their prices are very reasonable. They have never tried to talk me into an unnecessary repair. Many places see a gray-haired woman and try to get more money out of her. Not Auto-Spec. They are honest and trustworthy. They will drive someone home or pick someone up if necessary. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. There's plenty of parking. People at the check-in desk are friendly and accommodating. I have nothing but praise for this company.

I took my grandson to this shop to ask questions about his car. I was really impressed with the owner who came out himself to talk to us and go over different possibilities, Look up things, and so on. He took a good bit of time with us and explaining things as well. Although we decided not to get my grandson's car fixed due to cost and value of car. I will however use this gentleman 's shop in the future as I need it. I have even referred a couple of people to him. That's how impressed I was.

Thanks to the folks at Auto-Spec for being professional and taking care of me in a timely manner. I needed a state inspection because the local Subaru dealership seems to be broken now that it been taken over. However Klint at Auto-Spec was able to get me taken care and you can bet I'm going back there for my next oil change vs the dealership after their hot mess. Also just a note, but it was nice to be recognized for military service. You could tell it was genuine.
