These guys are terrific! I arrived at 7:15 am before they opened, prepared to wait all day, to get my transmission checked for oil leaks. A neighbor had told me my car was leaking oil or something, when it parked there. Another friend recommended Auto Spec, so I went over the next day— and canceled our trip out of town. Auto Spec not only looked at my car right away— they gave me a Courtesy Car ride home right away! And they called me about 10 am, stating that my car was done. They checked it all over, and drove it, letting me know that there was nothing wrong with my car— and no charge! What a great bunch of people! I took over some home-baked Chocolate Chip cookies as a Thank you! Thank you, Auto Spec of Georgetown, TX! Bev F.

Always great service here. My 2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid continues at 81k to perform well with no major problems. I would request a more detailed list of items inspected and serviced.

I loved how thorough the shop was. I brought it in for my original concern (which they diagnosed) but mentioned some other issues. They told me it was not urgent to address the other issues but that they are coming up soon. I appreciated that they didn't tell me I had to fix everything immediately. Mike, at the desk, is amazing. Super friendly and awesome! I recommended the shop to my neighbor (who also had a great experience) and highly recommend it to everyone else.
