Before bringing my vehicle to Auto-Spec 2 other independent mechanics and 1 brick and mortar mechanic shop had worked on it with no resolution. I noticed Auto -Spec one day while driving around running errands so I stopped, walked in and discussed my situation with Mike asking if he thought they could find the problem and his answer was, yes we will find the problem so I brought the vehicle in and a few days later he called to say that the trucks issue had been fixed. I'm sure some people will question the mechanical compentacy of the folks who worked on the truck before Auto-Spec so let me close with this, one of the Auto shops was a company with national exposure.thanks

The people at AutoSpec are competent and really know how to get things done in a timely manner. I had an oil change this time but the guys have graciously put air in my tires in the past. I will go back to AutoSpec and recommend their service to my friends.
