Auto-Spec is a local service provider with a caring commitment to the customer. We have used them for years for various vehicles and are pleased with the quality of service. Recently while waiting for my vehicle maintenance, I observed a situation which clearly demonstrated that customer service comes first. An elderly lady walked in with an issue with her car. One of the service advisors looked at her car and discovered she had virtually run out of oil. She explained her husband used to take care of their vehicles. Auto-Spec filled her car with oil and checked for leaks, then sent her on her way. This act of kindness reinforced Auto-Spec employees truly care for their customers. I am delighted to be a loyal customer!

My Check Engine light came on while I was driving. My normal auto shop was booked up for the whole week. I saw a post on People of Round Rock about the best automobile mechanics and Auto-Spec was the outstanding favorite. I called Auto-Spec and was able to bring in my car for a diagnostic test the same day. Communication was great along the way, and I was able to drop off and pick up my car the same day with the automotive work complete.

Went to make appointment for vehicle inspection. Closest available opening was 28th of November, however he ask me to come back the next day and drop it off and he would try to squeeze me in. Not only did he deliver, but did not charge me since I am a veteran. What an awesome jester. Thanks for making my day.
