Very friendly staff. Appreciate the help.

We have been working with Auto Specialists to replace our Ford F-150 dashboard that the emergency brake light kept staying on. They searched far and wide twice and those too ended up doing the same thing. We needed to try another time to find the needed dash but due to circumstances beyond our control we were unable to get in for quite awhile. They went above and beyond to help us and we are beyond thankful for Mike and Ray and their staff!

I give you 5 stars for being fast on diagnostics and courteous, however, overall 1 star. Yall came highly recommended by 2 long time customers and an old friend of John's. I was told yall were honest and fair. I was extremely disappointed when quoted almost what the dealership would charge to repair my car. Especially when 2 other local shops quoted me HALF of what you did! Price gouging is the way to lose a lot of business, and I will be taking mine elsewhere for this repair and any future repairs.

Always friendly greeting and great service. I’ve taken my 2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid here for 3 years. Not even a major problem due to expert and thorough inspections and oil changes.
