I am new to Texas and didn’t know who to go to when my check engine light came on. I walked into auto spec and met Weston on a Monday morning. He immediately put my mind at ease and said no worries that they would look into the issue call me with the diagnostic and give me an estimate of how much it was going to cost, which was so important right before the Christmas holiday. Weston made me feel comfortable in a new state in a new area with no mechanic that I knew. He called me by the end of that day to let me know what was going on and offered me different options to fix the issue. He was up front and transparent but still allowed me to make the final decision. Once I decided what to do, I was concerned that I would not get the car back before Christmas because of the holiday however, to my surprise, Weston called me within 24 hours after dropping the car off and said that the entire thing was complete.
