I’ve been utilizing auto spec to service our vehicles for over 15 years now. Primarily a Toyota Avalon and Acura MDX. While the location is certainly convenient to my home, only about five minutes away, the reason for my patronage has to do with their consistently attentive, courteous and efficient service as well as fair pricing for any and all work that I’ve had done. Importantly, it’s a little nerve-racking to bring in your vehicle for any mechanical issues arising as most of us don’t have much of a clue whether or not we’re being told what the real issue is and of course, what fair pricing would be to make the repair. All of the team acts with integrity in this regard. Led by Jose, who is highly customer service oriented-not only welcomes you by name but corresponds with an affable, but professional nature- with everyone who comes into the shop, I have never felt anything but that I was being treated with respect and that I could trust the work that they say needs to be done. This has been reinforced many times where they have shared that I could have something done, however it was not critical at this time and could wait until my next oil change or similar. Another shout out is deserved on behalf of Bob the shuttle driver who again is not only professional, but also affable. Simply great work all around. Highly recommended
