Very cordial and professional. Building and shop area were extremely clean and neat. I didn’t have an appointment but was able to leave my car for the state inspection and their courtesy driver took me home. I’m new to the area so it was nice finding such a good automotive shop with friendly and accommodating people.

Always great service, fair pricing, never pushy about repairs but very forthright about potential things coming up so you can prepare (i.e. at the last oil change they said I’ll be needing brakes probably at the oil change after the next).

I have gone to them for 10+ years and have had great experiences with them. I’ve sent multiple family members there. There have been times when I already knew what was wrong and shopped different places to see what different shops would say, and Automotive Specialist was the place where I would get the correct diagnosis. I secretly already knew I needed a belt tightened once and other places wanted to sell me a new AC compressor. Automotive Specialists just said “A belt was loose. We tightened it. You’re good.”
