My 2013 Ford F-150 battery was draining overnight. It runs great after a jump start but I took it to Auto Spec to have them try to resolve the issue. They analyzed the various electrical components on the truck, determined a suspect component, but couldn't absolutely say it was the cause of the issue. Most repair shops would have changed the component guessing/hoping that it would fix the issue. Auto Spec recommended to not change it since they were not 100% sure it would solve the problem. I respect that and greatly appreciate their honesty and straightforward recommendation. Will use them again in the future.
