I have been using Auto-Spec for years, and I’m always happy with my service. Brought my vehicle in for some maintenance, oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. All the work requested was addressed, and future maintenance was discussed and quoted. I worked w/ Jose, and he was great - communicated findings, answered my questions. I brought my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee in because the windshield washer reservoir was not holding fluid. I anticipated having a couple hundred dollar bill when they fixed it. Not to mention perhaps a delay on parts. I thought the reservoir was likely cracked from the recent freeze. But I was pleasantly surprised that they had repaired it & in less than a day. They said it was a loose hose & clogged lines. Final bill was $77 & change. This will be my go to place for vehicle maintenance & repairs.

While camping nearby, I had the skidplate under my truck come loose & drag - 15 min before checkout. I extended my reservation & began looking for a repair shop. The first I called was Auto-Spec. Although totally slammed, the nice man told me that if I could drop it off, he'd see it got fixed. Soooo...I get there & they are absolutely swamped. Zero parking spaces. All bays filled with cars & mechanics. I stop at the door to check-in & we go out to look at my car. This busy man crawls under it, goes & gets a drill & socket, and proceeds to solve my problem then & there. No charge. I will give them my business whenever I'm in town & suggest you do the same. I witnessed a difficult phone call handled with complete professionalism & no trace of irritation. I saw mechanics working instead of standing around. No empty bays. No bays with a car but no mechanic. I was already impressed before he repaired my car.
