Staff was friendly. Assessment was thorough. We went on for an oil leak and it was a minor situation. They reported that and charged us only for the minor problem instead of trying to add more on. Great experience.

In all my years of having my cars serviced I have NEVER encountered a group of employees like those at Long’s Automotive. Everyone I’ve encountered is polite, knowledgeable, and especially aware of the person they are serving. Every visit has solved the problem that sent me there. ABSOLUTELY REMARKABLE !!

They were very courteous, knowledgable and I assess ethical. My truck issue ended up being very minor and they barely charged me anything for the fix. I will recommend them to others and this will be the first place I will take our vehicles when future issues arise.

I always have my yearly inspections done there. And they really respect us veterans! Coffee's always there and ready.

A tad pricey, but nice shop, and courteous employees.
