They’re helpful, straightforward, honest and don’t sell you a lot of things you don’t need in order to pad the bill. They got me in and out even though they were jammed and two mechanics were on vacation.

My Miata roof needed replacing, and they did a great job installing the new roof. It’s my second roof installation with them (it’s an old car) and I keep coming back for all my Miata maintenance. When I picked up my car there were 3 other Miata’s in the lot, so they are very popular with Miata owners. I’m always happy with the service, they answer phone calls and even return calls. Excellent customer service!

I had arranged auto spec to do an inspection of a used car I intended to purchase… although the initial report over the phone was useful, I would have expected a written report to come with it. I asked for any paperwork they had including the receipt and notes they had, once by email, once by phone and never received anything.
