I was extremely pleased with the service work performed this week. Mike, shared the options and his personal perspective. I appreciated his sincere insight. It’s one of the reasons I’ve been coming to you all for close to 20 years.

The shop was able to solve a difficult problem that other shops had struggled to solve. The price was an excellent value and I will be back.

Mike was extremely thorough and I loved the way he explained everything. He’s very trustworthy and I felt like I already trusted him the moment I talked to him over the phone. We all know how difficult it is to find a mechanic to trust, with reasonable prices, so trust me- this place is great! I also loved the fact he didn’t want to quote me over the phone because he wanted to see everything for himself first. It can feel inconvenient, but it actually made me trust him more. I took my 2012 Volkswagen Beetle in and it needed quite a bit of work on my breaks and it needed new belts… I called so many mechanics in Austin and got quotes all over the place for the work and the quotes were all over the place. Needless to say, they were by far the best price overall and my breaking is amazing now! I didn’t even know they could be this good!🤦🏼‍♀️ I’ve only had the car for a year, so I was still getting to “know” the car, to know what what’s normal and not normal for it. I’m so grateful I found them!

Took my vehicle in with an a/c issue and Sebastian was very detailed on what they would be able to service ( hybrid) ...thankfully it was fixable & they had me back on the road the following day! Thanks!!

Recently took a couple of my vehicles to Automotive Specialists and they took great care of them. My 300zx needed a complete re-seal and the engine had to be pulled. They were the right team to knock this out of the park. It's really difficult finding some of the parts needed and Sebastian went above and beyond in order to procure everything necessary for my Z to run for another 30 years. Can't thank him and Vern enough for all the hard work that was put into my baby! Mike was also very helpful in diagnosing some minor things in my diesel truck and taking his time to ensure it left the shoo in good running order for me to feel comfortable pulling my RV long distance, without fear of issues with the truck. Thanks again John, Sebastian, Mike and your crew at Auto Specialists Round Rock!!

Before bringing my vehicle to Auto-Spec 2 other independent mechanics and 1 brick and mortar mechanic shop had worked on it with no resolution. I noticed Auto -Spec one day while driving around running errands so I stopped, walked in and discussed my situation with Mike asking if he thought they could find the problem and his answer was, yes we will find the problem so I brought the vehicle in and a few days later he called to say that the trucks issue had been fixed. I'm sure some people will question the mechanical compentacy of the folks who worked on the truck before Auto-Spec so let me close with this, one of the Auto shops was a company with national exposure.thanks

Great shop, super nice staff (shoutout to mike). Good prices and took amazing care of my miata, will definitely be my go to shop moving forwards
