Great Service! They are the best around. We have been going to them for years now and they have never tried to take advantage of us. They are always fair and will work with you on breaking down cost or customizing the estimate- to suit your needs. Even when super busy they take their time and help you in a calm, un-rushed manner.

Best Experience ! My car was diagnosed with a cracked flexplate. This is a complex job and my car also had considerable amount of Rust inside the engine components to make it even more difficult. Mike and team did the job so well and also took car of the shudder/vibration that the car was experiencing. They went above & beyond to make sure all issues are addressed and whatever was needed without adding additional charges. This is my go-to shop, from now onwards !

The team at Auto-Spec always go above and beyond in service. I bring my vehicles here for general maintenance as well as the occasional larger issues that may occur. It's hard to find automotive shops that are honest and ethical, but these guys strive to implement it into everything they do. They take care of your vehicle effectively and efficiently. They also provide a courtesy shuttle, which is nice in the event you don't want to wait. This will definitely be my shop for many years to come.

All the other rave reviews are totally warranted. After a few less than stellar experiences with some bigger "dealership alternative" shops, I caught wind of Auto-Spec as being a down-to-earth, informative and straight-shooting place that offers free rides to and from their Round Rock location. It was time for a new timing belt/seals/water pump for my 2010 Subaru Outback and I called three other shops (including the dealership) before calling Auto-Spec. Mike picked up the phone and not only gave me an honest over-the-phone estimate range, but also provided details about some of the potential snags they've come across on other Subarus so I wouldn't be surprised. The price was very competitive. After dropping the car off on a Friday morning, I was shuttled by a super nice gentleman to my office off Parmer, arriving at work by 8:15. Although they quoted a same-day turnaround (barring any complications), they did run into a complication (remember that helpful communication up front?) that required the car to stay overnight. Mike offered to send the shuttle out to take me from my office to my house and to let me potentially pick the car up on Saturday since he was planning on being in the shop. Super accommodating! I wound up having to get the car the next Monday, but since they picked me up at my convenience, it was super easy. You've made an instant loyal customer.

I took my vehicle in for a front end rattle issue I have been having for a while. Ray at the front service desk was able to work me in that same day and the service tech was able to locate the issue right away and have the repairs done quickly and at a fair price. Auto Spec is the only place I go for car services. They are the best.

Sean and Mike were simply amazing. They know what customer service is all about! Mike told me how long it would take to put new tires on my Lincoln MKZ and offered to have Sean take me to and from work. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you for going above and exceeding my expectations.
