I had an appointment at 4 o’clock. By 4:45 my car had not moved. When I asked, they said my technician had gone to the doctor. They inspected the car and did not charge me.

Had my headlights adjusted, they did a great job, price was fair, only had my truck for 1 day. Happy happy happy

Auto-Spec is a local service provider with a caring commitment to the customer. We have used them for years for various vehicles and are pleased with the quality of service. Recently while waiting for my vehicle maintenance, I observed a situation which clearly demonstrated that customer service comes first. An elderly lady walked in with an issue with her car. One of the service advisors looked at her car and discovered she had virtually run out of oil. She explained her husband used to take care of their vehicles. Auto-Spec filled her car with oil and checked for leaks, then sent her on her way. This act of kindness reinforced Auto-Spec employees truly care for their customers. I am delighted to be a loyal customer!

Went to make appointment for vehicle inspection. Closest available opening was 28th of November, however he ask me to come back the next day and drop it off and he would try to squeeze me in. Not only did he deliver, but did not charge me since I am a veteran. What an awesome jester. Thanks for making my day.

A great place to take your car. Honest and efficient. And quick. Also they drove me home as husband can’t drive anymore.
