I've taken my vehicle to Auto-Spec for 4 years now, and am pleased with their knowledge, thoroughness, and keeping me informed. Recently, I had my car in for inspection, and the technician noticed an exhaust/tailpipe hangar loose, and immediately fixed it. I'd recommend them for any auto repair. I also appreciate the discount on services for military veterans.

Do NOT visit this shop. Took my vehicle in for engine light and bad acceleration in November of 2024. When I picked my vehicle up form there show the issue was NOT resolved in fact my vehicle ran worse than when I dropped it off and is now still sitting at a reputable shop awaiting repair. This shop damaged my vehicle and refuses to refund my hard earned money. Don't let the touch you vehicle...you have been Warned

Don't let the touch your vehicle...you have been Warned! Update: recived my vehicle (VOLVO XC90T8) on march 7th from the second shop and now my vehicle runs like new again. Once more, DO NOT let Auto-Specs touch your vehicle. Note: Vern spoke with me multiple times and attended now clames they can't fine my work order. That is a lie. I have multiple prints out of what they did to my vehicle. It does not include stirring my transmission fill plug or spilling oil the belly pan.

Very pleased with Auto-Spec for completing my Honda's B1 service quickly and efficiently. Scheduling was easy and I was able to get my vehicle serviced without having to go to Honda dealer in Round Rock, Leander or Killeen.
