No stars! Two hours to complete a simple oil change is ridiculous. Don’t bother me with any more apologies. Christian Brothers just gained a new customer and you yak-artists just lost one. And I dare you to publish this review.
You can get a hamburger at McDonalds or you can get a hamburger at a steak house. McDonalds is fast and cheap, Its cooked one way ,you can sit on some plastic seats and try and enjoy your meal. But it wont be very good. The steak house will seat you a a nice table, a wait staff will come take your order and cook your burger the way you like it and bring it to the table and follow up to make sure the meal was to your liking. This will take longer and cost more. We don't just change your oil and send you down the road at Auto-Spec we do a complete check of your car make necessary adjustments, top off all fluids, inspect all safety items do a 30 point inspection. We will keep a clean and comfortable waiting room or a shuttle ride to your home and then a ride back when we are done with your car. Proper maintenance of your car will get you long trouble free years of service. We believe that taking the time to service your vehicle is time well spent and some take longer then others. Your BMW is one of the cars that has a lot of items to be inspected and is expensive enough to take the time and do the service properly. It sounds to me like you're looking for a McDonalds and a proper service of your car is not important to you. Thank you for your input
