I have used Auto-Spec in the past. The repair work was good; but, the Customer Service was not good. Recently, I used Auto-Spec, in Georgetown, again. I was pleasantly surprised when a man named "Jose," answered the phone with a cheerful voice. And, he went beyond what I asked for. I could barely believe how helpful he was. Cheers to "Jose !" Somebody needs to give that man a raise.

We do all our car repairs with Auto Spec. Jonathan always takes care of us and make sure that we are satisfied. Work is done in the time that is promised. It is a great business organization and one that I would highly recommend.

They performed well. Left my truck prior day to get inspection and they returned the following day.

Auto work is great. Long lead times for the state inspection. This trip, although I made an appointment nearly a month in advance, they lost the record of it. They did, however honor it ONLY after I showed them the text message reminder from them .

I had an appt for an inspection. Clint got me in and out quickly. As I was heading out I realized I had a flat tire. Edward got it patched up and I was back on the road in less than 10 minutes. Absolutely excellent customer service!
